Community Eligibility & Leasing

At Encore at Bishop Heights, at least one leaseholder per apartment must be 55 or older at move-in and throughout the lease term. Additional occupants may qualify under community guidelines. Please contact our leasing team for details.

Encore currently offers 12–15-month lease terms depending on availability and move-in timing.

Availability changes frequently due to strong interest. We encourage prospective residents to join our interest list early and discuss preferred move-in timing with our leasing team.

Tours & Pre-Leasing

Encore is currently under construction. While hard-hat tours may be limited, prospective residents can schedule a personal appointment at the Welcome Center or office trailer to review floor plans, pricing, finishes, and availability.
